Why say anything bad about Verizon Fios when you can cross-stitch elegant pillows about it?

To avoid the traditional verbal smear route, we created a character who was taught to never "speak" badly of anything. Not when there are more creative ways to express one's frustration. That gave us the opportunity to use type to reiterate depositioning messages in a way that stays visually interesting.
